The Work

I led the design of a comprehensive motion system built on six pillars:

  1. Iconography - Tiered animation system for user feedback

  2. Loaders - Skeleton loaders that show content structure

  3. Transitions - Card-based navigation with depth cues

  4. Scrolling - Sticky headers and smart navigation

  5. Choreography - Coordinated multi-element animations

  6. Hinting - Subtle motion to guide user attention

Impact

User testing showed the system decreased disorientation during navigation. Created comprehensive documentation and presented guidelines to leadership and engineering teams.

Note: Implementation details and UI are under wraps until public release. Available to discuss further.
